Trying to make a story short, my husband and I have been having a lot of problems lately. We have been married before and share a together age 9. I also have one Single woman wants hot sex woman looking man 2 years younger that is NOT his. His drinking has gotten worse, which makes him mean and abusive to me. nights ago, another one of these bad fights. Since he broke down our bedroom door last argument, I locked myself in the bathroom to avoid it all. All this woke up our and was scaring him. My husband ed my sister, whom I really don't get along with, and told her I had taken a bunch of pills and was going to kill myself. First off, I do suffer from depression and anxiety, but I am to death of dying. She ed 9-1-1 and came. By law, I had to be taken to the hospital and tested. Was released within an hour due to Dr. believing this was a domestic dispute. They bring me home, my husband leaves. Next day, he goes and gets an order of protection against me for himself and both of my. The judge signed this order and they have taken both of my babies and he has them. I didn't get to say goodbye or anything because I wasn't home, my mom was here. The judge based it all on the lie he told my sister and the report. I have no visitation, can't go to the school, nothing. I filed an emergency hearing for the 20th to expidite (sp?) this. But I know I am going to be the one in trouble since I do have depression. But I a counselor, always keep my appointments, etc. He does not want those. Our is 9 and he has only been a part of his life for maybe 3 years total. When we were apart, he never got him for visitation, we weren't allowed his cell phone number, etc. We got back together 1 years ago, and about 2 months after we were back together, he was indicted by a grand jury for 2 counts of distribution of a controlled substance like 6 months prior. He also is on probation for a DUI. I cannot believe a judge would take them from me and give them to him. Especially my that is NOT his. He only did it to hurt me and try to drive me further into depression, which is not helping. I am so lost without my, I have ALWAYS been there for them. I can't stop crying and my anxiety is so overwhelming I can't breathe.
